This project is for six detached homes in Pakenham, four 3 bedrooms and two 2 bedrooms homes. This mix of dwellings considers different families and it also considers accessibility. The two-bedroom homes are all on one level making them liveable to a greater number of future tenants.

The exterior design of these homes take visual cues from the surrounding housing forms, materials and colour palettes. We’ve designed a variety of housing types and different palette colours to bring individuality to each home.
