Noble Park Townhouses
This development of three homes (two two-bedroom and one one-bedroom) in Noble Park North were designed and built for a State Government Department and replaced the single inter-war home which was full of asbestos and no longer habitable.
The architectural language is a contemporary reading and scaling of atypical design features of the neighbourhood bungalows. A suburb palette of face brickwork, light weight cladding and render brings movement to the façade and is used to reinforce dynamic forms.
Our landscape palette is low maintenance and drought tolerant to look its best with minimal input from residents. The canopy trees, Melia Azedarach one of the few deciduous Australian natives, mark the seasons with perfumed flowers in spring and falling leaves in autumn.
We acknowledge the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and their continuing connection to ancestors, country and community.
We pay our respects to their Elders both past and present and to their enduring cultures.
