This development of three one-bedroom homes is located in Moe in the Latrobe Valley, east of Melbourne. All homes are SDA category Robust and two of the homes are also AS1428 accessibility compliant to meet the resident’s needs. Two OOA’s (overnight onsite accommodation) service the three properties.

Each Robust dwelling has an open plan living, dining and kitchen which is well connected to a north facing private open space, a bedroom, bathroom, laundry and a separate, acoustically treated breakout space. North facing living spaces maximise borrowed landscape views to neighbouring mature eucalyptus trees and rolling green pasture.

The corner site to located walking distance to Moe’s central retail centre, is very close to public transport and has incredible borrowed landscape views to the foothills of the Great Dividing Range to the north.
