Schored Projects in collaboration with Harrison and White Architects were one of six design teams invited by Merri-bek City Council to submit concept design ideas for the development of the air-rights above a council-owned car park in Brunswick. The brief was for a mixed-use proposal with a minimum 20% social housing component. The team worked closely with Women’s Property Initiatives to deliver on Merri-bek’s social initiative.
